Reformer Class

The Reformer class offers private one-on-one or semi-private two-on-one sessions, providing a highly personalized workout experience. These in-person sessions are tailored to your individual strengths, needs, and goals, ensuring you get the most out of every session. Abs Express

Abs Express is a focused 20-minute class designed to target your core and strengthen all four abdominal muscle groups: the rectus abdominis, internal and external obliques, and transverse abdominals. In this quick yet effective session, you’ll be guided through a series of exercises that build core strength, improve stability, and support overall fitness.

These classes are offered virtually via Zoom, making it easy to join from the comfort of your own home.

  • Duration: 20 minutes

  • Cost: $5 per class

Mat Class

The Mat class is designed to enhance your mind-body connection through focused breathing and mindful movement.
