Hi there, and thank you so much for stopping by! I’m thrilled to have you here.
Like many people, I spent years in the fast-paced, high-stress world of corporate America as an HR professional. While the work was dynamic, I found myself longing for something more fulfilling. The idea of starting over felt overwhelming—until one day, everything changed. I walked into an introductory Pilates class at a local studio, and it completely transformed my life.
In less than a year, I knew I wanted to share this amazing practice with others. Pilates had become my passion, and I embarked on a journey to become a certified instructor. In 2020, my life took another exciting turn when I moved from downtown Chicago to a charming rural town in Wisconsin. This fresh start gave me the opportunity to open Bodies By Pilates, where I now offer both in-person and online classes to meet the needs of my wonderful clients.
I’ve also continued to grow and learn along the way. I’ve earned a specialty certification in Senior Fitness, which allows me to focus on helping clients maintain mobility, flexibility, and balance as they age. Seeing clients regain confidence in their bodies is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do!
Another mission close to my heart is breaking the myth that Pilates is “just for women.” Nothing could be further from the truth! Lately, I’ve been working with several male clients who’ve experienced significant improvements in their golf games thanks to increased core strength and spinal rotation. After all, who doesn’t want a stronger swing and better game on the course?
At Bodies By Pilates, I meet each client where they are, helping them set and achieve their individual goals. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, I’d be honored to have you join one of my classes.
My studio is a welcoming space for everyone, with both in-person and online options to make fitness convenient. Best of all, I strive to keep classes affordable because I believe Pilates should be accessible to all.
